PSC Psychological Self Care

Psychological self care is taking good care of your thoughts, feelings, triggers, traumas, and that critical inner roommate.

When we think of self-care we often think of physical, tangible things we can do to feel better. Things like working out, taking time off, eating more nutrients, sleeping, etc. These are all good things. And, I want to know what you are doing for your psychological self-care (psc)?

Psychological self-care is taking good care of your thoughts, feelings, triggers, traumas, and that critical inner roommate.

Good PSC is like a spa day for your brain. Give yourself permission to take the day off from needing to solve all of the things. Give yourself permission to just let an issue or challenge marinate. Give yourself permission to send that critical roommate on vacation. Give yourself permission to feel and face old pains as they come up.

Give yourself permission to just be.
