The four-week Burnout Reset course is a live, online course designed to help you kick-start your burnout reset journey to improve your overall health, well-being, quality of life and work. Through a combination of educational materials, and practical tools you will learn about your burnout story, identify the root causes of burnout, how to better resolve your stress cycles, reset your nervous system, and begin to redefine and redesign the life, health and career that supports who you are today.
This course is designed to help professionals, managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, worn-out high-acheivers and anyone who is ready to live and lead in a new way.
Anyone looking for a quick fix. This course will help you begin your burnout reset journey but does not promise your burnout will be fully resolved in 4 weeks. This program will give you the steps you need to heal, but it is up to you to put the skills into practice. This program will require a shift in mindset, skillset, and lifestyle.
Life happens. It is OK to miss sessions, but we will not provide recordings of the sessions. We want to provide a safe space for individuals to share, and thereby providing recordings won’t be offered at this time. You will still receive the week’s materials and handouts via email.
