Give your brain some fresh air.

My best ideas either come first thing in the morning when it’s quiet and the day hasn’t started or they come while moving. Movement has obvious physical benefits, but it grows the brain too! Movement gives the brain fresh oxygenated cells and promotes the growth of new brain cells and new synaptic connections! Who doesn’t want to grow their brain?!

“Exercise” may be a hard word for some with lots of negative history. Shift your mindset to “Movement for brain and body health”.
