Healthy Boundaries = Stating what you need and expect today (this might be different than a month or 5 years ago).
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Asking for what you need
An ability to share your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and opinions (even when someone else disagrees or is critical or judgmental)
Confidently saying NO (and No Thank You) when you really mean NO
No need to apologize for your needs
No need to over-explain your NO or make excuses (“No, thank you. I’m grateful for the invitation, but it doesn’t line up with my priorities right now”)
Not taking other’s NOs personal
Cheers to healthy boundary setting!
