CONNECT

Connect: We need connections with our friends and colleagues at work more than ever. Make genuine connections and conversations the number one priority when in person. We need to restore some of our sense of belonging and get those good neurochemicals flowing again.

COORDINATE COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Use scheduled in-person meetings to communicate and collaborate on important projects and priorities. Coordinate with your team to ensure you are in the office on the same days/times. Don’t leave this up to chance. The old “Water Cooler” talk and place for key info is a thing of the past.

ALIGN GOALS & PRIORITIES

Align Goals & Priorities: Use this time in person to clarify expectations, align goals and discuss the priorities for the week/month/quarter. Restating expectations, goals, and priorities can never be overstated.
